These Terms of Service apply to the use of the Veluto mobile application, the websites https://veluto.app, and all related backend and API services, operated by twoScript.
By using Veluto, you agree to these terms.
1. About the Service
Veluto is a platform focused on coffee, reviews, locations, social interaction, and related features. Users can create accounts, post reviews, explore locations, connect with others, upload content, and perform business-related actions.
Some parts of the system may still be under development or used for testing and administrative purposes.
2. Accounts and Access
To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- providing accurate information
- keeping your login credentials secure
- all activity under your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
We may suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse, fraud, or violations.
3. Use of the Platform
You may only use the platform in compliance with applicable laws and these terms.
You may not:
- post false or misleading information
- upload illegal or harmful content
- violate third-party rights
- misuse the platform via automation
- bypass security or disrupt systems
- impersonate others
- falsely claim a business

You confirm that:

- it does not violate third-party rights
- it is lawful and not misleading
We may remove or moderate content when necessary.
5. Reviews and Community Content
User content reflects personal opinions. We do not guarantee accuracy or completeness.
We are not responsible for decisions made based on user content.
6. Business Claims
Business claims are only valid after approval.
We may reject or revoke claims if needed.
We do not guarantee accuracy of business information.
7. Availability and Changes
We may modify or discontinue the service at any time.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
8. Third-Party Services
We may rely on third-party providers (e.g., Google, Apple, email, notifications).
We are not responsible for third-party services.
9. Intellectual Property
All rights belong to twoScript or its licensors.
You may not copy or exploit the service without permission.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time.
We may terminate access for violations or risks.
11. Liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
twoScript is not liable for:
- indirect or consequential damages
- data loss
- loss of profit or reputation
- user-generated content
- service downtime
Liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months, if applicable.

You agree to indemnify twoScript against claims arising from:
- your use of the service
- your content
- violations of these terms
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy also applies.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
Disputes will be handled by the competent court in the Netherlands.
