Terms and Conditions for Veluto

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to the use of the Veluto mobile application, the website https://veluto.app, and all related backend systems, APIs, and services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by twoScript (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using Veluto, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the Service

Veluto is a platform focused on coffee, reviews, locations, social interaction, and related features.

The Service enables users to:

• create accounts
• post reviews, comments, photos, and profile information
• interact with other users
• explore and claim businesses
• engage in community-driven content

Veluto hosts user-generated content (UGC), including but not limited to reviews, comments, photos, profile data, and business-related information.

To maintain safety, legal compliance, and platform integrity, we may:

• moderate, review, or filter content
• limit visibility of content
• remove or restrict access to content
• take enforcement actions where necessary

Some parts of the Service may be under development, testing, or used for internal or administrative purposes.

2. Accounts and Access

To access certain features, you must create an account.

You agree that you:

• provide accurate and complete information
• keep your login credentials secure
• are responsible for all activity under your account

Minimum Age

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use the Service.

Account Responsibility

You are fully responsible for:

Account Enforcement

You may request deletion of your account at any time via the app or through our website, subject to Section 19 (Account Deletion and Data Retention).

3. Use of the Platform

You may only use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.

You agree not to:

• post false, misleading, or deceptive information
• engage in harassment, bullying, hate speech, or threats
• upload or distribute sexual content, exploitation, or child sexual abuse material
• impersonate others or misrepresent identity
• stalk, harass, or dox individuals
• violate privacy rights or share non-consensual content
• upload copyrighted or trademarked material without permission
• engage in scams, fraud, or deceptive practices
• spam or manipulate engagement (including review spam)
• scrape, crawl, or use bots or automation without permission
• bypass or interfere with security systems
• falsely claim ownership of a business
• manipulate ratings, reviews, or platform integrity

4. User Content

You retain ownership of your content.

By posting content, you grant twoScript a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and process that content for operating, improving, and promoting the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

• you own or have the rights to the content
• you have obtained consent from identifiable individuals where required
• the content is lawful and not misleading
• the content does not violate privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights

You may not:

• upload stolen or unauthorized content
• upload non-consensual imagery
• upload misleading or manipulated content intended to deceive

Platform Rights

We may:

• review, moderate, or remove content
• limit visibility or distribution
• de-index content
• retain content for investigation, safety, or legal compliance

Content Use by Others

Other users do not have the right to:

• copy, scrape, or reuse your content
• commercially exploit your content

without your explicit permission.

5. Reviews and Community Content

Reviews and community content reflect personal opinions.

We do not guarantee:

• accuracy
• completeness
• reliability

Prohibited Review Behavior

You may not:

• post fake or misleading reviews
• manipulate ratings or rankings
• engage in coordinated review spam

We may remove reviews or content that is:

• abusive
• misleading
• unlawful
• harmful

6. Business Claims

Business claims are only valid after approval.

You may not:

• falsely claim a business
• claim a business without authorization
• provide misleading business information

We may:

• reject or revoke claims
• restrict accounts involved in abuse

We do not guarantee the accuracy of business information.

7. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

We do not guarantee:

• uninterrupted access

Repeat Offenders

Users who repeatedly violate these Terms may be permanently banned.

11. Liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”.

twoScript is not liable for:

• indirect or consequential damages
• data loss
• loss of profit or reputation
• user-generated content
• service downtime

Liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months, if applicable.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify twoScript against claims arising from:

• your use of the service
• your content
• violations of these terms

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy applies to your use of the Service.

It explains:

• how data can be deleted
• how data is collected
• how long data is retained

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

Disputes will be handled by the competent court in the Netherlands.

• impersonation

Violation may result in:
